The Procedure
starts at the Ministry of legal Affairs on
Queen Elizabeth Highway (Tel 268-462-0017)
You must take along both passports and a
copy of the the divorce papers if there has
been a previous marriage. There will be a
friendly interview then your marriage
license will be issues . the coast is
EC$405.00 (US$150.00) the last step is a
visit to the Registrar Generals office
on Queen Elizabeth Highway (Tel
268-462-0609) the fee is EC$100.00 or
(US$40.00) Please Note that this is only for
registering in the Court House. An official
marriage certificate coasts EC$25.00
(US$10.00. If the marriage is performed
outside the Court House , there is a
Marriage Officer fee of EC$135.00
(US$50.00). the location is left solely up
tot you!

Copies of
your Marriage Certificate are available at a
cost of EC$25.
If you are
overseas and need a marriage licence - you
will need to call the office directly and
they will give you instructions for how to
apply. You will need to provide the Groom's
name, the Bride's maiden name, place of
marriage (Hotel etc), and date of marriage.
